Unreliables
Need to be brief. Roommate that I have had since October just up and moved out yesterday without any warning. Husband and father in law have told me time and again that the only people I can rely on are your family.
Now I'm convinced that it's true. So, instead of getting in a rush to re rent the room again, I'm just going to rely on myself. Going to increase my hours in my home health job and I'll be getting 1 possibly 2 more students starting next week. This way, I'll still be able to make ends meet and make sure that I make the rent and car payment and work stuff out with the rest.
This will be the true test of whether I really have the discipline to stand on my own two feet.
Hello to beans and rice.

Hello beans and rice and freedom from worry about whether the next roomate will be the same as the last....hello self respect because you can do this, Take Care. Janet Mackie
I had that happen too. A friend lived with me, without paying, I even bought her cigarettes. Then one day she just packed up what she wanted, and left me with the rest, and a mess. Never heard from her for a long time. THEN I got suckered again. I found her in a new apartment, she invited me in. Got me to let her get cable tv in my name, never paid the bill, it went on my credit, and I never even saw a bill. I eventually got the money from her, but that didn\'t fix my credit or the hurt she caused. I decided you can\'t be nice to people, especially if you haven\'t known them very long.
I had just moved to Wisconsin and felt so alone. She worked with me, and I felt a connection to her, like a daughter. She was much younger. We had fun together. Then in a blink of an eye she screwed me over.
I am sorry this happened to you. You will get through it and be wiser and better off.
