Unpleasant Day Today
I had forgotten I had an appointment at the pain doctor today. When I made the appointment they said, since I had not been there since last Oct. I would have to have a check up before any procedure could be done..WRONG!!! I get there and they are going to to injections in my neck. Usually, I take my husband with me if they are doing a procedure. He slept late so I went by myself.
Got there, got checked in and SURPRISE: We are doing injections. I said that's okay but I thought....Well, guess sometime the conversations reported to you are not what you heard. Anyway, I got several injections in my upper back right side and up into my neck. Very painful. Had not had any injections like this before. So I get myself back home and now I am hurting a lot, so laying down, pain pill and trying to type and getting sleepy.
So today so far is very an unpleasant day for me. Love to you all.

It is amazing the lengths we will go to get rid of our pain. Sometimes after a particularly grueling physical therapy session, I\'ve wondered if it is really worth it. I hope you are feeling better and will be much better soon! BIG HUGS, Cherie
So sad that you had to endure this pain....i know back pain....i have had facet injections in my vertebrae but was put under...thank GOD.....can\'t imagine being awake. I hope you get to feeling better....love and pain meds....dale, brandon\'s mom
