Unloading/Venting/Rambling/Etc Etc

I really was not sure how to address this entry. Somehow I'm having a moment in time where I feel like my shoulders are carrying too much weight right now. Do you ever reach a point where all of a sudden you feel like you spend all your time trying to support your friends, stay upbeat for them, boost them when they're down, give them a shoulder to cry on etc. etc. & it gets the better of you.  I guess thats me right now.  Usually not like me though. Well I got my referral package re my hip.  It's 4 dr's that operate out of a hip & knee section in a hospital but are tied in with our big major university. There's a booklet to read, a huge questionnaire & two other items.  It's to make sure that time is saved for when you get to the appointment, it saves them  having to ask all these questions in order to establish how to proceed.  The booklet covers everything fr start to finish on joint matters and/or replacements, very informative. I've got whats called Avascular Necrosis.  It's death of the bone due to lack of blood supply.  It is tied in of course with arthritis.  At least now I know so I feel like I'm finally understanding where I'm going. I'll hear fr the place within 3 months for an appt & we'll go fr there.  They need time to review my info in addition to getting my novel of records fr both the hospital & my rheumy.  But I plan on staying on top of it & if I feel like I'm waiting too long I'll be on phone. I had to stop taking that other bone density builder he had me try cause it was just too nauseating.  I don't know why this last yr or so my system just doesn't seem to like too many meds any more. Any who thats it for now.
