United Healthcare

Nightmare after nightmare - United Healthcare has given me a way to file a complaint about not getting the medication or a decent referral in order to keep her medicated, however, they bullied me by telling me that I need to call all these other people, most of which I have already tried to get to cooperate regarding the medication - and then I'm to call them all again, even though I already know that it is a dead end to try - So, now I'm stressed out completely, because nobody responds to my calls, some do not have voice mail, but others only have voice mail and do not return my calls when I leave a message.
I am so sick of this crap I cannot tell you. It should not be this hard to get them to actually give me the medicine for her that they have told me to give her, but nobody seems to have the desire to make it any easier.
Rhode Island sucks for medical care, and you think with so many people they would get with the program and at the very list try to make it easier for people! 
But I guess that it would make sense, and we can't have that!!!
