The people in the front are the ones that cannot swim or are afraid of waters. However, most are just that if they aren’t snorkeling on their own .. In any case, I went to the front so I can hear the instructors commentaries, and that I wont get kicked by other people. The boat has two sections, the bottom and the top and most people went upstairs while others went to the front of the boat.
