UNFRIENDLY BOYERS CASHIERS
I dread going into Boyers, my hometown grocery store.
I say good-morning, with zero back; I sometimes, depending on the cashier, get my change silently handed to me---though I can hear a long conversation between same cashier and customer in front of me, and good morning to customer in back of me as I leave.
Yesterday I avoided the cashier who wouldn't say a word to me the day before, for another cashier---to see her drum her fingers on the counter as I counted off, in ones, the seven plus dollars I owed; I tried giving her the exact change, it maybe took an extra FIVE SECONDS to do that instead of giving her a bigger bill.
From now on 2 times at most to go into the store every month; order from Walmart delivery and give five dollar tip to delivery person instead. And...give a twenty dollar bill when I deliberatly buy something for a dollar, or maybe even give a fifty dollar bill and leave with stuff at cashier if refuses the fifty, to unfriendly Boyers cashier.
