Unexpected doctors visit.

Well if you didnt see from my status this morning. I had to go to the doctor this morning. Lastnight I had what I think might have been contractions I had about 4 in 2 hours. It was pain, almost like a cramp or contracting, in my lower tummy. The first one I got I was bending over and it happened and it felt like Brayden was going to come out I had so much pressure. Well by the time I went to bed I had 3 more. I finally went to sleep and I didnt get anymore, but after I got up and was getting ready for work I realized I hadnt felt Brayden at all this morning. So I went in and they hooked me up to the monitor and told me to push a button everytime I felt him move (I was like if I felt him move I wouldnt be hooked up to this monitor). Anyways they monitored me for a good while and said his heartrate is fine, Im not having any contractions, and hes moving around, but for some reason I couldnt feel him. We're guessing its because of my anterior placenta....and they said I was probably having Braxton Hicks contractions. So they said to call and they could hook me up to the monitor again if I didnt feel him at all today or tomorrow. Well I get almost back to work and he starts kicking me like crazy. So I guess he was just being a little stinker today making mommy worry herself crazy for nothing. They also went ahead and did my sugar test today. So I wont have to go in at all on Monday for my original appointment. My next app. is in 2 weeks but they scheduled it on Jan 5th and where I work theres 9 of us and 3 of us are pregnant and one of the other girls already has an appointment that day. So I called to reschedule we'll see how long it takes them to call me back. Well I guess thats it for now. Hugs Monica.
