Undergoing Change

Church was great yesterday.  From my experience it is about listening.  From a friend of mine who suffers bi-polar the way out is listening to others.  I'm feeling great this AM!  Vacation, relaxed and playbed video games all week.  Felt like I was a kid on summer vacation.  it was awesome.
