Under a lot of stress
I just wanted to let all my friends know the reason I have not been here lately. I have been under a lot of stress and because of that I am having a bad Fibromyalgia flare up. The pain is pretty unbearable for me. The only thing I have been doing is laying in bed crying.
My landlords wife is now trying to fix this place up to sell but she is causing a lot of trouble for my family and the other family that lives in the other part of the duplex. She really has no idea that tenants have rights and she is walking all over us saying she owns the place and she can do what she wants when she wants. I can't go into everything because it's a long story and It hurt's to sit at the computer.
One thing I am upset about though is I just payed my youngest son to weed and fix up my front flower bed so the flowers will start coming up. She had 2 guys over the other day to power wash the moss off the roof, well guess where all that moss is? Yep, my whole flower bed is covered in about 2 inches of chunks of moss. The landlord also told me they have a truck with water and won't need to use my water but guess what they had to use my water. They used it for 2 hours and I have enough trouble paying my water bill. I had walked out and told them I was told they didn't need to use my water but the guy told the landlord that I yelled at them. This is where she got mad and said it's her place and she can do what she wants.
My neighbors know all about tenants rights and the laws here and they have now started a big fight with her. It's just a big mess but on the plus side we have not seen her since that day and she won't even come get rent because she is afraid of the neighbors.

I\'m sorry to hear your landlord has been so awful. I never understood the arrogance of landlords. I\'m just glad to hear your neighbors are standing behind you.

I read this journal and you will be in my thoughts. I am so sorry all of this is happening to you. I hope things get better and you can stay in that house. Many hugs. Is there any chance that whoever buys that duplex will let you stay?
You need to see if you qualify for any government programs for your health care, economic situation, as well as legal advocacy. You sound as if YOU over-qualfy!! I will pray that our Lord, who fights our battles for us, will be your Friend and rescue you as he has done for me and so many of my friends...
