Ultrasound update!
Everything looked great! We saw little arms and little legs. And he or she was wiggling all around. The heart rate was 164. I was a little concerned about that because it seemed low. But she keep saying it was great and everything looked great. I will never stop worrying though. My husband was like "don't you feel better after seeing the baby on the ultrasound and everything looked great" And for some reason I just can't relax about the pregnancy. I'm expecting the worse at any moment. I really hate feeling this way because I know it can't be good for me. On another note: I told my mom this afternoon. I haven't really talked about her, but here's a brief summary about how she is. She is the type of person that thinks if you don't have plenty of money then you have no business having kids. And with my first husband we had money problems but we weren't on food stamps, well fare, ect. We always had food on the table. That being said, she was never happy when I told her I was pregnant with my 4 children. Well, long story short... She was not very happy today either. And it was very upsetting to me because I really wanted her to be happy. I knew it wasn't going to happen but I was really hopeing. I have always been a disappointment to my mother and I'm sure this has just reconfirmed that in her mind. I hope everyone is doing well!

First of all, that\'s wonderful about the u/s!! I\'m so glad everything looks good. A heart rate of 164 is great and well within the normal range. My little girl\'s heart rate was always in the 150\'s or below and I\'m 31.5 weeks and she\'s kicking me as I write this.
Second, I\'m sorry about your mother. You always hope that your family will be your number one support, but it doesn\'t always work out that way. I hope that when she actually sees her grandchild for the first time, she\'ll feel differently.
Congrats on your great appointment!
Glad everything went well. Been looking forward to your update all day! Sorry for the way your mom responded. When I told my mom I was pregnant, her comment was...\"well, don\'t be too excited, you know what has happened in the past!\" Not quite what I was going for!
Congrats on your u/s! That is wonderful news and the heart rate is great and within range! I know what you mean about the constant worry. I think we all feel that way here. Until we hold our babies we will probably always worry and then there will be a whole new set of worries after our babies are born! I am sorry to hear about your moms reaction to your pregnancy. That must be tough not having the support from your mother but remember we are all here to support you!
Your u/s and heartbeat sound great!!!!! I know how hard it is to relax, but it really is best for both of you! :) Congrats on being over 10 weeks now!!!!
As for your mom...I do feel bad for you...I know I love having the support of my mom and I can only imagine how hard that is on you! Hey, if we all waited till we had \"plenty\" of money, many of us would not have kids! My hubby and I are by no means rich, but we would rather survive on pasta every night and have our beautiful children than go without them! I hope she comes around for your sake.
Hange in there!
I\'m so glad your u/s went well! I know how hard it is when people we love don\'t share our joy.... hugs.
