Ultrasound Update
So over the weekend I had bleeding. Today I went for my ultrasound and everything was fine! I'm now 6 weeks and 6 days preggo and the heart rate was 138 which is good for this stage. Tomorrow I hit the 7 week mark. We found the cause of the bleeding on the ultrasound, which was a subchorionic hematoma. This happens in about 50% of early pregnancies. This happened to me during my last pregnancy and I was fine. Eventually the bleed dissolves and stops. For now I should not exercise or do heavy lifting. I guess I shouldn't have been so paranoid, but after having had a loss, any type of blood (even a few teaspoons full) is alarming.
Next week, I go for my 8 week ultrasound and then I will be released to my OB. Oh and today I received approval from my insurance to get the transabdominal cerclage placed. This cerclage, or band, will be put around the top of my cervix (i have a weak cervix) so the baby will stay inside and I won't have the problem that I had with my last pregnancy.
Thank you everyone for your prayers and support.

So glad that you had good news to report. And don\'t feel guilty for any paranoia - any pregnant woman who has a bleed would think the worse and someone with a previous loss - just amps our emtions up even more. Keep taking it easy.
