Ultrasound today

Had my ultrasound today- was kind of expecting it with my RE, but had an assistant do it instead, which I guess is fine.  All in all everything came back better than before.  The cysts that we saw last ultrasound last year are gone.  I have a follicle on my left ovary that is 17mm- which she said looks great for this month's ovulation, as I am just on day 10 today.  This was great to know that I will hopefully be ovulating this month!  My right ovary has some kind of cyst on, or they said it could be a second follicle possibly, but the Dr. will need to decide if he wants to check to see if it is still there next month or not.  She said that my ovaries look like healthy- 28 year old ovaries, so that is good news.  I asked if our test results were back yet or not, and they were.  DH's looked great- 54 million was his sperm count- as he declared to his co-workers while we were on the phone- he apparently has "super swimmers"!  His morphology is 13, and motility is 44- which she said is a little low, as they like to see 50, but she said it really isn't anything to worry about.  My numbers all looked pretty average as well- so the question is- no cysts, normal hormone numbers- no PCOS maybe??  We have an appt. for Thursday afternoon to meet with the RE to learn what he thinks should be our action plan.  I then go back in next Friday for a culture to make sure the antibiotics got rid of the bacteria infection I am being treated for.  She said that sometimes the bacteria interferes with fertility and is often not even tested for by some dr.'s  Wouldn't that be something if that was all that is hindering us from getting pregnant?  Now we wait-  Part of me really wanted results to show something was definitely wrong- but I am relieved that the cysts are gone and my ovaries supposedly look healthy.  Happy though that we saw the big follicle and happy to know that I will hopefully be ovulating on my own!!  Saying lots of prayers that this is our month!!  As we approach 3 years of TTC I know it has to be our time sometime very soon!
