We are looking for individuals Butcher Bandsaws who have a genuine passion for butchery, take pride in quality and in delivering excellent service. You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to join our busy butchery team. You will need to be flexible, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.
RSV has grown from strength to strength outgrowing it’s original one bay garage to a modern 5000 sq ft. workshop and showroom. Simon has grown a very strong team of technicians and reception staff and has since co-founded a sister company ‘RSV Rentals’ offering small, medium and large van hire along with VW Camper Van hire. The number of tooth per inch is important for obtaining the finish desired and the proper feed rate. A coarse tooth blade should be used for resawing wood and cutting thicker stock up to 8″. A fine toothed blade should be used for thinner materials, such as plastics under 1/4″.

The bandsaw is available as a left or right hand side machine to suit all customers, and comes complete with product pusher or half sliding table and a thickness plate to increase cutting accuracy.
Once triggered, our custom-built braking system de-tensions the blade and brings it to a complete stop in milliseconds. This ensures the operator’s hand is protected from coming into contact with the moving blade. Because the blade is de-tensioned, the activation is not violent and does not damage the blade.
