Uh Oh!

The last few weeks I haven't felt right at all.  (Really maybe a month now but these last two weeks have been a little scary.)  I have been experiencing horrible depression lately.  I am sure it is hormonal.  It is like PMS on steroids.  I haven't been sleeping well.  I have been weepy (but I don't cry because I hold it in.  Just an overwhelming feeling like I need bawl my eyes out for no reason.)  tonight at Thanksgiving dinner it was really bad and it was all I could do to last through dinner and pack up my stuff to go home.  It is like waves of nausea running over me, tired, weepy, panicky, nauseous.  Almost like I felt a little over a year ago when the panic attacks were kicking in.  The only difference (and thank God for this) is that I don't have the heart racing, tachicardia.  TOM was I think 11/1, so not due until Monday or so.  But it is weird.  Even my breasts these last two weeks have been sore in the morning when I wake up.  So it all has to be hormones.
I know I need to exercise and eat better and it hopefully will help me.  The hormones are causing it.  The stress is kicking it into overtime. Between David and Buddy I am so tired!
Buddy ran out the door last week as Corey was leaving (David's mentor.)  Paul yelled and Corey caught Buddy by the tail.  Buddy yelped really loud and I am sure it hurt.  this morning, Corey came to take David to lift weights and Corey was growing at him.  I went to pull Buddy back and he almost nipped me.  then later when Corey came to drop David off, Buddy was growing at him.  I had completely forgotten about the tail incident, so that explains it.  Buddy is afraid of Corey.  He has NEVER done this before.  But this incident set me off earlier with a mild panic attack or whatever you want to call this.
I have to work tomorrow.  The one good thing about work is it keeps my mind going which helps keep my mind off of the other things.
Buddy was supposed to go to his forever home last weekend but the transport fell through.  Then he was supposed to go home Saturday and the one driver backed out.  So now, hopefully next week.  So fingers crossed, hoping and praying.  I will miss him and I will cry but I need to have my quiet house back for a while.  Now if I could just get David to cooperate......

Ahh were it as easy to train a teenager as a doggie! Same principles but the dogs are smarter and catch on quicker! :)
What are you doing regarding your recent state of health? I hope you can get a handle on it.

Have a wonderful remaining weekend before going back to work on Monday!

I\'m so sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Have you contacted your dr?
I hope buddy gets a ride soon to his forever home

You need less stress and commotion. I \'m thinking of you and hoping you dont\' get the panic attacks.
Your breasts can be sore in the in between times of your cycle. I hope that stops soon for you. The swollen breasts are no fun.
funny thing. my daughter is at that time. my breasts seemed to swell too. How funny is that. i haven\'t had a cycle in over 5 yrs.

Yes, I had sore nipples for YEARS, not just at the TOM but all the time! Menopause stinks. Night sweats, hysterical outbursts, body odor. It was awful. But nowadays they have some treatment called \"bio-identical\" hormones. Not supposed to be as dangerous as traditional HRT. You really need to get some help. As for David, they\'ve been talking on the radio about a program called Total Transformation. Don\'t know if it\'s just offered in VA or everywhere. It\'s all about changing your kid\'s behavior, NOT accepting ugly names, and getting your orders obeyed.

I\'m sorry :( That\'s super hard. You feel like someone died but can\'t remember who...then realize no one died but it just feels like someone did! I have gone through those times, and they are truly awful. Big huge hugs and lotsa loving understanding.
