Ughhhhh
Well I went to bed last night at 7 feeling awful and am still here. It must be flu .
I can't stop coughing, I'm aching all over, sore throat, headache, hot and cold, and my bladder seems to have given in.
Bit of a mess really

Hi, Beth! Oh, I\'m ever so disappointed that you are feeling lowly. To lift your spirit, why not pamper yourself and stay in comfort this next day? The flu is a downer, but also it\'s a reason to relax and stay comfortable until you feel better, then it\'s back to the races, responsibilities, that is. I hope that someone you love is nearby to serve you in bed, if not, then please keep yourself warm, fed and happy. Blessing of hope is on the radar for a quick recovery, Beth.
