Ugghhh...
Okay, I wrote that I am going to be trying to get clear about my own motivations and issues so that I can actually move forward with my life--for my sake and sanity and for my kids' health. Unfortunately, I don't know why, but this clearing exercise puts me in the foulest of moods every time. (This is not the first time I have gone this route, but I usually give up because I really don't feel fit to be around other humans when I am doing this). I am so easily frustrated and irritable (not my normal m.o. for sure). I had to excuse myself from the office today and take a walk because I could feel myself ready to bite off the needy older lady (who drives me crazy with her constant crying and victim behavior, but ordinarily I can be accommodating to her) head. The rage is starting to bubble to the top. My question is, is this normal? And how do I work through this this time instead of burying everything again and just pretending all is well once again? Ugghh...I am so tired!!

I think its normal - I think its part the conditioning making you not want to be thinking about it and part just that it hurts when you try to face what you\'re putting up with and dont want to deal with and its only natural it puts you in a foul mood. How to work through it? I\'ve no idea other than just force yourself to do it. Write it all out on here, get it in the open rather than keeping it within your own head and just try to face it rather than bottle it up inside. The tiredness goes away once you\'re free with him long gone behind you. Sending lots of hugs x
