uggggggg

I just want to scream right now. I fucked up once again. I went to a doc appmt and got it all screwed up. My mind is so full right now. I am in alot of pain also, I broke a tooth and cant get in until next wed.  I can barely eat. It is making such a sore on my tounge i can hardly eat r swallow. The dentist just had her baby and nobody is covering until next week, uggggg I  just want to cry right now to, owell such as life.......
