Ugggg, I am so Depressed

Well, today I went to my physical therapist appt and it went well. I then had to go post office and that went well. Then I tried calling some credit card companies to attempt to make payment arrangements and that Did Not go well. I am so upset with myself about how I allowed myself to accumulate all if this debt.... I am really really hurting but it's my fault
