Ugh.

  Even though I lost my open race I am not mad. Usually I would get mad and not talk to anyone for days. I am so happy right now. I have now figured out how to put away this guy for good. If I ever have to race them again I know I will win. I was following his lead the whole time I was drafting his lead for soooo long I never made a move and it costed me. He is such a smart runner it's a joke. It amazes me how much of a athlete he is. I had him too! omg I am so happy with myself I ALMOST beat him ugh! He is the fastest guy in California and I almost had him. But he is my rival and thats what he will do when you want it. I have beaten him one time and my life and he gets me by a tenth of a mili second everytime I am just happy with the way I ran. My 4x400 team shows some serious heart though by winning this race I am happy for them too. I am just so inspired and I will do so well next year I just know it. UGH I am happy/ fustrated hahaha I love it.! wooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
