typical day in da rural 'hood

Last night, at 9, I dragged my mattress to the living room to sleep, after putting up with (3) hours of loud music, past midnight, the night before.  I was even on the phone at 8, when the loud music started, for me to put the phone to the floor---with the caller I was talking to able to hear the downstairs music.  My alarm clock is now permanently in the living room.
yesterday, I noticed the recycle can of the downstairs tenant is filled with cans; (3) cases of beer = an over-flowing garbage can...?  The last photo I took of his over-flowing cans was on July 31.  I've started taking photos in case this whole thing gets nasty; last night at 8 I stomped on my bedroom floor re the noise.
I went out my front, living room, door, to avoid the sound of my feet, to take a photo of this---to find the poor abandoned cat seated at back door, out of the rain.  At least the poor cat got seconds of food, at 11 in morning, after feeding him at 8.
It's finally sinking into my thick skull where I stand with my neighbors.  I'm no jock, but I do bike 2 miles to walmart at least once a week around 5 in morning, no booze/drugs, but lots of salads.  But, most of my neighbors are jobless barflies or addicts, with meth labs popping up nearby every month this summer, in the hometown newspaper.
(with still more photos of poor cat, and over=flowing recycle can)

SIGH!!!!!!!! The inconsideration is just MIND BOGGLING! Good that you are getting pictures just in case you have to prove something one day!

Hopefully, my photos wont be destroyed in any winter fire, when the downstairs neighbor probably puts a heater adjacent to a chair or bed;)

billwfriend,

hard to move when I\'ll probably have $100 in bank at end of this month, no transportation except for a bike, and lots of really worse nearby towns.

I do have a (4), down from (5) year, wait for a govt apartment, 30 miles away; long wait cause of another county, with govt worker telling me that new Yorkers, from 100 miles away, are used to such a wait.

Loud music will probably be gone when his year lease is up; he\'s told me of his living all over the usa.

i\'m sorry you\'re dealing with this bullshit...i experienced similar when i was in Idaho Falls...it was very unpleasant..it wasn\'t in my own apt. building, but the one next door..parties, whooping, hollering, cursing..at all hours..i watch several drug deals go down...finally, enough people complained that the people, who looked to be barely 20, got kicked out..soon after, the entire building was empty and a sale sign went up..i was so thankful.
