two barbeques//another death by rn's//grey kitty is missing//mailbox law//pruned trees
Pretty boring day, its overcast, but no real rain. slept great two nights in a row. the kind of sleep where you rather just keep sleeping. lol. but now i'm worried about the grey kitty because i have no clue where it went. i called the people behind w's house figuring they confused it with the other one. hope its okay. very strange. some people do that, lora used to be like that, she LOVED russian blue kitties.
rn called because there is another death over there. i was going to call her and tell her d graduated from pharmacy school and then i figured i better not. so much death. she sounds awful. her brother just died last summer as well from brain cancer. jn also called, but she was at her office. that should work out well. and some weirdo called, they are moving to a small town west of here, and first she says she can't transport her cat because her sister discovered she is allergic to it and its her sister's cat. so i offered to transport for her (though putting it in a carrier would solve it anyway, and they can do that themselves). so then she says, she can't bring it anyway because the area they are moving to, is too busy (a "busy" small town?).
i asked her what street in that small town, because i DOUBT this, and she hung up. wth? i didn't call back. i'll save the number. would love to talk to the sister who actually OWNS the cat. i bet the sister that called just doesn't want her sister to have the cat. so underhanded. sounds like this woman will have story after story if i do call her back. people do that a LOT. i write down their stories in my planner, and if i run into that same person at a later time, i casually ask them what's what. then i look up what they said now and say later just to amuse myself. MOST of the time the stories don't match at all. how about have a heart, and stop being a total asshole and let your sister have her outdoor cat, outside the house you are moving to. why cause alllll kinds of anguish? why are people so mean to each other. seriously.
pruned trees this morning and started the clean up that bobp should be doing soon, along with the gutters and then pressure washing and painting. so much to do!
the church closed up their shop. have to remember to call and find out where the next one will be. wonder if they had a big sale. adn says that "annalise" is actually teresa's torbi kittie. she is giving it kmr each night as a treat and the fur is coming in. she thinks its malnutrition rather than fleas or anxiety that caused that, which freaked her out totally. (it can also be the body not absorbing nutrients when there is loss of fur or hair, but probably isn't if the kmr is healing it). adn thinks the kittie just being inside is good for it, it feels safe. i didn't say anything, i think kitties are happiest with a cat door and freedom to go out as they please, but it would depend on the animal as well. sounds like the two of them match well, and are buddies. hope it works out for both of them.
had two barbeques up here - makes me sick. i eat this stuff and then i want to cry because all i picture is live cows, pigs and chickens the whole time. it wasn't that great anyway. the food tasted best cold actually.
The foreigner's latest bull shit is she is trespassing on our property or having someone who is with her trespass (i asked my neighbor to put his camera so it is facing the house and i asked the priest across the road to do the same). and she is having different people who walk with her, (her customers or are they other hookers or whatever she is. what other profession walks up and down a main road THREE times per night?)
look inside my mailbox "for her" because the police have already told her to stay off the property and stop waking people up at 1 a.m., 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. every single night. i said this to bl and he says he thinks she has done this before. he used to live here. he says he and his daughter caught her?
First Degree Trespassing is the act of trespassing with intent, knowing that he or she does not have permission to be on the property. Penalty is one year in jail and a fine over $1000.
Second Degree Trespassing is another form of trespassing that is "accidental", and the fines are less. You will be fined $1,000 and/or be sentenced to 6 months in jail.
So, is that what you do? you move to a foreign country and then you start harrassing the people that live in that country? too weird. Maybe she really DOES want to be deported why else would she be acting like this? and how many houses in our area is she doing this to? i was talking to friends from south florida and the problem down there is snowbirds being broken into and trespassed. wonder if that is her too?
Its first degree trespassing, because the mail box is ON the property, she isn't "accidentally" walking up the driveway. GROSS!! g also claimed that she looks to see when the person is not home or on vacation and then goes in? so that would mean she is a professional criminal. and she is doing this in a foreign country. has she ever seen the movie "hell", she might want to watch that one. or "midnight express". when you are from another country you don't have rights, you don't know that. you only have rights in your own country.
Under U.S. Federal Law, it is ILLEGAL to open another person's Mailbox, the mailbox is Private Property, so its the same as breaking into someone's car or house or garage etc. A violation of the U.S. Mailbox Restriction law is punished by a fine of $5,000 for individuals who have broken into a mailbox and $10,000 for organizations who have sent people to, or the members themselves are breaking into other people's mailboxes.

if she really is a professional criminal we can wait it out, using this:
The Florida STAND YOUR GROUND law is a self-defense, self-protection law. It has four key components:
It establishes that law-abiding residents may legally presume the threat of bodily harm or death from anyone who breaks into a residence or occupied vehicle and may use defensive force, including deadly force with a gun, knife, heavy blunt object etc, against the intruder.
In any other place where a person has a right to be, that person has no duty to retreat if attacked and may meet force with force, including deadly force if he or she reasonably believes it is necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.
In either case, a person using any force permitted by the law is immune.
If a civil action is brought and the court finds the defendant to be immune based on the parameters of the law, the defendant will be awarded all costs of defense by the intruder.
I always ask why cant people just be nice to each other, A lil politeness goes along way. People just don\'t care about other peoples property anymore. They just think their entitled to do what they want when they want. Adults sometimes act worse than children. I hope you can catch her on camera.
