Tweeked my back

Due to either lifting kids at work (oops!) or other things I have tweeked out my lower back. What makes lower back pain so miserable esp. when the pain is right behind your hips? Thank goodness I still have some muscle relaxants left. Hubby also dug out a vibrating seat cover we got a while back and that has helped some.
Job search has kind of stalled currently due to waiting on the news regarding a job interview my husband had. If he gets the job it would mean a move to the rumbling metropolis of Seattle. Meaning I have to change the location of my job search among other things.
In other news, I've been doing another job of watching a 18-year old dog named Michelle (yes, he's 18 and yes, hes a BOY). He has some neurological issues so his back legs and hips don't work like they r suppose to if at all. Today though he was managing to toddle around by himself quite well. Granted he goes in circles but he seems happy! They are such nice people! Invited the hubby and I to dinner next week and gave us a large full container of laundry detergent they couldn't use. Beautiful condo they live in too! Great place to work at.
Well on to other things. Moore later -- Genny

Lower back pain is the worst, because it affects EVERYTHING. Standing, sitting, laying, EVERYTHING. You just can\'t get away from it. I have it, too. If I can do my exercises, it gets better, but I haven\'t been able to do them for a while because of fatigue and life in general. Hopefully soon I\'ll be able to get back in the habit! Hang in there! *HUGS*
