My Tv still has Dots. The cable company never came back after 24 hours to look back outside. I wasn't happy at all. My family told me they can't fight with the cable company anymore it's been a year. N̈ow ì have another TV problem. Lose signal ĺose internet connection Network problem issue then TV comes back on usually. Ì think I may have a Signal problem and there's a problem outside. The Cable company can never fix my TV problems for a Year now, frustrating. My caregiver is going to help me with the Cable company.

Glad your care giver will help you. Maybe getting dish or directv would help but those go out in snow and rain
