Turning my will and life over to God

Well I missed my exercise class  this morning since I was sooo exhausted from taking care of my drunk friend last night. What a nightmare!!! Trying not to be to sad over it but the while situation makes me sick!! I am being really lazy today. I am so disappointed in her behavior, I think I am more shocked by her behavior then anything else.
Happy to be smokefree for 13 days!! I guess I am going to get my lazy ass up out of bed and go work out. It will make me feel better!!!
