tuesday, wk 4

man... I've just been having TONS of bad days lately... it sucks! Being broke, fighting with the boyfriend, my knee hurting so dang-on bad.... UGH!!!!!!!!! I have no control over anything anymore... except my weight. I've even been smoking again!! GRRRRR Food1 slice bread = 801 egg = 851 oz maple syrup = 100coffee= 50 lean cuisine = 240 sesame chkn w/ green beans = 350  finger food = 50 1/2 serving peanut butter freeze = 250  1205 total exercise  chest, shoulder, and triceps :)   must keep going no matter how down in the dumps I feel... That's what I have to do...
