Tuesday Update -- Waiting for Whitty's Arrival Home
It's almost 12:00 noon here in Maryland...another hot, humid and breezy day. We got word from the vet this morning that Whitty will be ready for discharge this afternoon. Tom is going to pick him up on his way home and I'm sure he will have a list of instructions.
Last night, Taterbug, was beside himself! He was looking all over the place for his "big brother" Whittaker! They are NOT brothers, but Taterbug grew up with the older Whitty and it's so funny to see him imitate everything that Whitty does. Sometimes, they come strolling into the kitchen IN PERFECT STEP!

Such happy news. My niece also has two cats and it is so funny to watch them when they can\'t find the other one.
I know taterbug will be so glad to see his buddy. Be aware that taterbug might not recognize Whitty\'s scent. He might hiss at Whitty.
My daughter has to take both of her cats to the vet so they come home with the same smell. If they don\'t it\'s amost a fight. You may not have that problem.
Trisha is right. If only one of my cats goes to the vet, the others hiss at her for a while. If they all go, it\'s not a problem.
I am sure the whole family will be happy to have Whitty back home and life back to normal. Hopefully you won\'t be giving Whitty pills for his recovery. It\'s really hard to get a cat to swallow a pill.
I am happy that the two will be reunited! Also, that you all will be together again.
