Tuesday,getting declared bankrupt and a brain scan

Good morning journal,the time is now 9:43am,I have been awake since 9:00am after a night of troubled and interrupted sleep. I lasted until around 9:00pm last night before I finally gave in to the fatigue that I had suffered from all day after my pulmonary rehab class and retired to bed. I fell asleep very quickly,my night medications tend to do that,they work quickly,and,as long as you are not disturbed during the night,they will keep you asleep,unfortunately,Caesar was very restless and became perturbed at something only he could hear somewhere outside and sounded a warning to whatever it was he heard by barking and growling continuously and very loudly for around fifteen minutes or so,after seemingly assuring himself that he had sufficiently frightened whatever it was he had heard,Buttons started becoming fractious and my wife got up with her allowing me to sleep some more,unfortunately,when you get awakened from sleep,medication or not,it is very difficult to get back to the level of sleep you enjoyed before hand,so I tossed and turned a bit for the rest of the night,dozing fitfully before finally getting up at 9:00am. My pulmonary rehab class yesterday was enjoyable but exhausting,it was a bit like starting them all over after being absent from them all last week through other medical appointments that I had to keep,but I gave it my best shot,and I was quite pleased with my efforts,I completed all nine pieces of equipment in around an hour,weights,exercise bike,rowing machine,etc,etc:,and by the finish,my muscles felt as if they were on fire,and I seemed to be standing on legs that resembled a rubbery substance akin to modelling clay,and I was appreciative of the chance to sit down and have a much needed coffee. This afternoon,we have to see Janet from the citizens advice bureau,this is the first step we have to take to put the debt relief order in place declaring ourselves voluntarily bankrupt,I have given up feeling badly about it,it is simply where we are at present,the only thing is,we need to find one hundred and eighty pounds to finally get it done and,at this moment in time,we don't have it,so we will have to talk to Janet to see if there is any way that we can pay it in installments,if there isn't,well,I don't know what we are going to do. Tonight,I have to go and get my scheduled brain scan at the health center at 7:20pm,I really fail to see why they couldn't have scheduled it for some time during the day,but again,it is simply something that we have to work around,the inconvenience is mainly because it gets dark around here at about 4:00pm,so I will be going out after nightfall and coming home afterwards in the dark. The dark in itself doesn't bother me,but the walk I have to take through a park that is very dark with little in the way of lighting does,we live in an area which unfortunately has quite a high crime rate,and a man who uses a walking cane and walks very slowly has to be extra vigilant. I wouldn't be the first victim of would be muggers in that area trying to make a quick illegal buck,so I will be extra careful,it is an unfortunate state of affairs,but it is also true that a lot of people choose mugging to supplement their earnings,especially where we live,but I will manage. Anyway,it is time to get ready,so until the next time journal,may the Good Lord look down on us with favor and grace,and may His love and peace fill our hearts and our home today.
