Tuesday 4/15/08
Today is Tuesday and I started the day nervous before I got out of bed. It is now 11:25am and I am at work and feel a bit better. I took 1/2 Ativan at 10:30. I had a good day yesterday and good night last night. Trying to stay positive.

Well made it through Tuesday and actually felt great Tuesday afternoon and night. I woke up this morning and felt ok at first so didn\'t take my Ativan. The closer I got to work the more nervous I got. I walked in and thought I was going to have to turn around and leave. But here I am at my desk. I did take 1/2 Ativan to take the edge off. It is 7:51 am. I am going to have a good day. I know that I must think positive.
This hasn\'t been a very good day at all. I took Tylor to get football shoes and got very weak and sick in the store. It is 5:25pm and I still feel weak and shaky.
