So the pain level was pretty steady yesterday around a mild to moderate 3. Not perfect but no major falirups so that's a good thing. I slept well and this morning the pain is still at a mild 3. Minute to minute. I guess that how you're supposed to live life anyway :)
I have to drag myself to the grocery store in about an hour. It should be a quick trip I just hate going to the store. I'll never understand that. I'm actually friends with all the workers and they are happy to see me. Who knows. I can take that up in therapy whenever I start going again.
The are calling for 7 inches of snow with ice tonight and tomorrow....ugh! I hope it's not too icy because of the power lines and also I don't want to fall on my ass trying to shovel my drive and my neighbors drive. I also worry about my mom as she is stubborn and wants to shovel when her friends husband has a snow plow. She said she would call her friend if it's icy or the snow is too heavy. Maybe someday she can move closer...
Work wise I'm now officially swamped. The dumb 3rd party software changed their naming conventions which causes me more work then originally thought. Why would you change something that's been working fine for likle 15 years? Leave shit alone! If it ain't broke don't fix it.....whatever.
For some dumb reason my knee hurts. No idea why. I've walked the treadmill like 4 days ago and it was fine. I think I'm sleeping weird or something. Who knows....who cares.
I had a weird dream about that place in FL I used to live and my old boss from like 1994 now lived there and was bitching about mold on the ceiling. What the hell does that mean? Dreams are weird.
Anywho, one more cup of coffee then drag myself to the store and get that nightmare over with.....praying for another mild pain day....God, it's me again....yeah same prayer...again.

So the pain worked up a bit (4) but nothing I can't deal with. They are calling for ice and 7 inches of snow for tomorrow..yuck. Anyway, I have a ton of work to do and I hope the ice isn't too bad so I can get the drive cleared.
I guess I'll go to bed and hope for the pain to settle a bit....

Hope the pain goes down too. Please don\'t get hurt on the ice! I hope it is mainly snow. We got a tiny bit of freezing drizzle, then some sleet and about 6 inches of snow Monday. Streets are clear now. I can\'t walk or drive on it LOL!
