Havnt written for a while, have been feeling much better all in all, had a counselling session, well an assessment and the lady I saw thinks i should have had counselling a long time ago so she is going to see me again,, thank god! They only have a short waiting list as well not like other counsellors where i keep being told the waiting list is 9 months or so, I mean what use is that??? I have also asked my doctor about  a blemish i have on my face, I have been worrying about it for a while in case its something nasty, she doesnt think that it is but thinks i should get it checked out anyway so is reffering me, feel a lot better about it now, my Gp is soooo good easy to talk to and very nice, i'm lucky in that way .We have been doing some decorating at home and have felt enthusiastic about it so thats good, i've just got another sicknote but think this will be my last am planning to resume to my holidays in august and then go back, dont want to but it has to be done i think.
