So I'm listing my pain level at 3 but it's a low 3 but I'm trying to track the highest levels of the day. This will help when I talk to the doc and maybe I can find a pattern. The good news is that I haven't had any major flairups in like 3 days or so. It's always there reminding me but maybe it's slowly getting better. Positive thinking.....I'm really trying!
Work wise I'm still waiting for the knuckledheads to get my testing server ready. There's like "it's on our list"...unreal. I'm also still waiting for my manager to give me all the docs for this new project that needs to be done by April 15th. They wait until the last minute then expect you to get 4 weeks of work done in 4 days. After all these years I just expect this nonsense. When I was younger I would get anxious and be up all night...now it's like if they don't care why the hell should I :)
It's a wopping -6 outside today...yuck. I'm going to try and do some cardio at lunch but it's going to be cold in the basement. I have a space heater which helps. My motivation is still pretty low. I can somewhat motivate to lift weights but cardio at this time of year is a real drag!
My friends mom seems to be doing better. Her vitals and temp are back to normal so hopefully the storm has passed. I'll feel better when she gets back home. We are still shopping for a house for my mom. It's been so long I forgot how hard it was to find the right place. Everything in good time.
Mentally I've been pretty stable with the 40mg Prozac and Klonopin. I'm hoping I can wein off the Klonopin over the next few months but if the anxiety comes back I'm not stopping it.
So it's the usual today...more coffee then continue my project research until someone actually does their job at work...good luck :)

I know what you mean about everyone taking their time then when the work hits your desk it has to be done immediately. I had the same attitude you do. I\'ll get it done when I can get it done. I thought it was just federal work!

Glad your pain is still down! that is fantastic. My toes are getting cramps.

Great news about your mom\'s friend. I bet she will be glad to get home.

I\'m anxious for your mom to find a house. That will be so nice for you.

Take care, keep warm and I hope you don\'t have to shovel any snow! We got a tiny bit, just enough to cover the sidewalk and street. Hoping it\'s gone when I go to therapy today. Yeah this tiny bit makes a difference foe me! LOL
