TTC again update

This month my cycle has been strange. My period came earlier so, I figured I may ovulate early. I have been using a ovulation kit to help me track my ovulation the past 6-months. Every month according to the test, I would ovulate. This month, I have not ovulated. But I have had symptoms of ovulation (i.e. stretchy-like discharge, cramping on left side etc). I do know that you dont ovulate if you are pregnant. We have not had intercourse as often as we normally would b/c I could not pinpoint my ovulation days but we have been intimate. I’m hoping when a “smiley” face would have shown up for my 2 “o” days didn’t b/c we conceived. Hopefully I’ll have a missed period next week. I’m s tarting to have period/pregnant like symptoms. Worst case scenario, I think it maybe time I make a doctors appt, b/c if I’m not ovulating I should be concerned.
