TTC after having a Tubal Ligtion Reversal

Hi everyone, I recently had my tubes untied October 2016 after having them tied for 11yrs, I am 35 and have 2 teenage children (15 & almost 14) I left their father 7 years ago and met my current partner 6yrs ago. My current partner has no children of his own so we decided it was time to try to have our own baby together. Although it has only been a few months since we started trying it is extremely disheartening when you get your period. I want to hear from people who have had success after having a tubal ligation reversal operation. I am currently waiting on my next period which is due on the 16.01.17 (4 days away) I have my fingers crossed that we have a little bun in the oven! I have had no period symptoms leading up to getting my period which is quite strange and i've just had this feeling that I am pregnant although I just came back from the doctors to get a pregnancy test and it came back positive so i'm assuming I have tested too early? It's so hard to try not to think about it every second of the day when you are so desperate for another baby, friends keep telling me to relax and let it happen, try not to think about it so much but it's easier said than done. I have people falling pregnant around me left right and centre and it's so depressing :( I am happy for them but crying on the inside :( Please someone tell me it will be ok and that I will have another bundle of joy! I know this may sound strange but my 2 older kiddies I had when I was only 20 and 21 to someone who I thought would be my life partner but ended up being a complete arsehole! I never got to experience having my own baby shower or even experience a good first labour when my then partner was not by my side I guess i'm saying that because I am older I know a lot more about how I would like to raise this child, not to say my bigger kiddies werent given a good life it's just there are a few things I would do differently this time round :)
