Trying to stay zen : )

So much for thinking I could have a stress free TWW.  I came in to work at 8 today and the first thing my secretary tell's me is that one of my manager's brother commited suicide this weekend. I'm very close with my employee's and he is so close to his family that his world is destroyed right now.  They didn't even really know something was wrong except that he had just separated and that is wife didn't want to share the kids.   I had to deal with that most of the morning and make sure all his projets are taken care of.  We are all in shock.  Then one of my consultants made a huge mistake in a projet and I have to fix everything tomorrow.  I was on that most of the pm.  I was trying not to stress but it's real hard.  I'm so emotional right now with the meds.
I started to have lots of cramps and I know it's ok, but I still don't like it.  I'm not 5 days post retrival and I know it's still real early. I'm still real positive that it will work and I was really trying to stay focused on me staying calm.  I just hope the rest of my TWW is easier.

Wow that would be such a hard thing to deal with! The poor kids of that man...such a shame. I hope your days get less stressful this week and that the cramping is a good sign of implantation:)

Oh my gosh that is awful:(. I hope the rest of your week and next goes fast and uneventful. I agree with JA0811, cramping = sign of implantation! :-).

I\'m sorry about your employee\'s brother. That is so horrible. I hope things are a little better as the week goes on. I think the cramping is implantation, too. The timing is right. :)

Try to take time for deep breaths to calm yourself and take a little relaxation time everyday. I am sure this is going to be your time. It just has to be. Fingers crossed for you!

wow my heart goes out to your employee and his family. Like the others said, take a few moments at a time just to regroup and relax. Work stuff may be important, but it can always wait a few minutes! Good luck!!

I\'m sorry to hear about your manager\'s brother. That is such a tough situation. You\'re a great employee to help out like you do. Try not to stress too much (if you can help it). I had cramps in my 2ww too. By the end, I was sure I was just having PMS symptoms, but I got a BFP. Fingers crossed!

First, the cramping sounds like a good sign. I had cramping 2 dpt on a 5 day blast, thus it is the exact right timing for implantation cramping. :-)
Second, I can relate. Maybe not the suicide but, but tons of management things hit at work in my first week. First, I took breaks in the loo and a lunch and said \'I am going to live in the moment, do the best I can, and know that that is all I can do.\' If you can duck out of work early to remove yourself from the stress, do it. You may be able to make up lost time on the weekends or after your 2 ww. Hugs.
