trying to stay positive

Grandmother still not awake though her vitals are strong good heart rate and blood pressure, I'm hoping it's just her body trying to readjust and heal hoping for the best. Wife  been there every step making sure nothing stressing me even about money or anything she is a super woman. She is more worried cause I'm never optimistic and this time I'm trying to be so just have to wait and see what happens. Still staying lie free and trying to be good person on top dealing with this so that's good.
