Trying to let gp
im trying to let go because I know that no matter who I become. My chance's are up. Seeing my ex yesterday was a kick in the ass. All the feelings came rushing back and it took everything in me to hold back and go to him. It's so hard right now to see how I'll ever get rid of all this love I still feel for him

you got this - it all comes it time, but you're determination will carry you through
As sjs777 says, it'll come with time, but during that time we're around to help, at the least be a distraction. But we're either going through stuff or have been through so we're a good source of info or experiences that may help.
Keep it up though, you didn't go to him and that's something, and take the small things and build on them, you'll get there and with the support this community offers it may be sooner than you think.
