Trying to keep going forward

I'm really in an awkward position right now.  My state insurance cut me off Aug 1st and my Medicare starts Oct 1st.  I had been part of an IOP until my Ins. stopped.  It was good and helpful.  
The biggest problem lately is intense pain all over my body.  I was able to get a mobility scooter before my Ins. ran out. it helps but gets tiring taking it apart and putting it together each time I need to use it.  It's even starting to affect my driving. 
I'm starting to feel like I need more help and want it but have no one to help.  I'm having troubles with balance so showering is tough.  I don't have the stamina to do much cooking any longer.
