Trying to get back on DS-know I need to give and receive support
Am thinking of trying to return to DS. Am dealing with new and disturbing health issues.
I think maybe one of the biggest problems is that I am undiagnosed. I have symptoms of depression, anxiety and some chronic fatigue. My symptoms wax and wane. So I can have fairly normal days and then the next day feel so fatigued I don't want to do much but watch tv and nap. (not even energy or focus for the computer) For me, being undiagnosed brings in alot of different emotions. For one, it can cause me to doubt myself and what I am experiencing--although this isn't as much of a problem as it used to be. It can also cause me to doubt the doctors, alternative doctors and nutritionists that I have used to obtain help. It's hard to really admit you have these wierd symptoms and don't really have a diagnosis. It can affect my faith, too. Although am learning slowly to just trust in who God is (not so much on my performance) I want to learn more about not trusting my emotions when I am having "crashes".
