Trying to Gather My Thoughts/Symptoms

It's been a while since I've been on here.  Along with trying to recoup from the H.A., I recently had to go into surgery for a laparotomy... was in the ER, had a cyst the size of a cantaloupe!  But I have recovered well.  The good news is that I am off all my heart meds (along w/all the awful side effects).  The bad news is I have recently had slight shortness of breath (particularly after eating), headaches, dizziness, and light headedness.  Feel some slight frustration not knowing if it's heart related, hypoglycemia, sleep apnea, blood issues, or WHAT?!!  I get a little glimmer of Hope and then some thing else happens...grrrr!  Has anyone else had similar difficulties breathing after their heart attack?  I would appreciate your feedback/comments please!
