Trying to cope

Ok i really messed up I finaly told liz i will let her go, an quit bothering her like i was, texting an calling all day every day, That was the hardest thing i had to ever say to liz but if i want this to work it has to be like this (HURTING SO BAD RITE NOW)  She is where she is because of me, lying about sheryl and about drinking, well i have quit lying about sheryl an have not talked to her since, and i am not going to, even the little lies matter so they are going to stop, I am going to be truthful about everything,
the drinking has stoped i almost killed my self last night. She was conserned enough to call the cop to check on me to see if i was still alive,
she does love me and i know that, she also wants to be here and i also know that so DOUGLASS get your self together before its wont ever happen again.
i gave liz my word an i am going to show her, I read some of my bible today an i will continue to read a little every day.
just remember one lie leads to a bigger lie. actions speak louder then words an now i have to put up or shut up.....
