Truth or Dare?
Do I dare say I'm in the groove? Going 4 days strong. I know that doesn't seem long, but I'm encouraged by the progress so far. My eating has been great. Been exercising and LOVING the Wii. I'm definately making better choices. Yay me.

I am so ready for the competition...in a good way. I can\'t get enough of the Wii. When you reach a certain level it unlocks new games. I love it. I\'ll keep my fingers and legs crossed!
