Truly worthwhile things are NEVER easy...
I'm officially "in training"! And because of it, I keep forgetting to order that book on the licensing and disease prevention for my business plan. BUT, TODAY, I'm getting it ordered.
Camper Update: Snicker. Buy a camper, hook it up, take it home right? Of course not, lol. Van went into the shop yesterday to get upgraded light hookups and a "brake control". I asked if they could keep it overnight because it was snowing and I was traveling by bicycle (little snow pellets HURT, by the way). No problem, they said. So I got up this morning to 49 degrees, rode my bicycle over there and got there in 17 minutes instead of the 1/2 hour it normally takes (YES, my workouts are working!)... AND caused the mechanic panic. He had a problem with the parts, and due to a mix up somewhere along the communication lines thought he'd have the van all day today too to work on it. The problem with the parts? Well, they don't make the parts I need for my type of van so they have to "make" them. A problem for me? Nope. Because today SPRING arrived and it's GORGEOUS out there! And so I told him he could keep the van today and tomorrow too - we both have packed schedules over the next few days and I can't get back on the weekend either and I just said I would pick it up Monday when it is going to be 80 degrees! AND it's giving me my training practice for the bike race at the same time - I already got in 7 miles bicycling before work this morning....
Business plan update: On the way back to the house, I found a property for sale. Two actually. Both under $300,000. Both with the facilities that would work for my business, already zoned, outside the city so noise wouldn't be an issue. One is actually right off the interstate. The other includes a house as well. And my business plan itself is just about done (well, except for that book) and the budget not only WORKS, but works way better than I was expecting. So my upcoming decision to make... do I try to rent or do I go all out and buy. Fear is creeping in again - fear of making difficult and daring decisions and living with them whether they work or not. Yep, just another thing to face, to learn from, to accept and then grow.
I'll keep you posted! LATER!

I just love the way you deal with things in your life!!! I agree your decisions are super difficult and I am so glad they are not mine to make!:) But I know how it feels as I have some very expensive decisions to make and I am most afraid of not being able to live with my decisions financially if they don\'t work. But as you say, it is just another thing to face, to learn from, to accept and then to grow!!! Can\'t wait to hear what happens and to hear how you like actually getting to use your new trailer! (((HUGS)))
