Trudging through the middle ground
I have an appointment with my primary care doctor tomorrow. I do not expect to get any big answers or diagnoses, but it is hard not to get my hopes up.
I have been doing relatively well physically because I have been laying low. Unfortunately, when I do feel good enough to do more active things, the activity causes my symptoms to flare up.
I am working hard on having a positive attitude throughout all of this. My Christian faith usually really helps me with that, but right now I am having a bit of a spiritual dry period. Hopefully that will change soon.
It is hard for me to answer the question "how are you?" because recently I have been neither "good" nor "bad." I'm just kinda stuck in this middle ground where I am really frustrated by my situation but also really grateful for some resources I have. Could be worse.
Hopefully I will soon have a diagnosis and also be back on a motivated path spiritually.
