Tropical Storm Henri's Impacts, on New England, Northeast.We're doing ok.thank you angel friends:)

Hi angel friends! :) BIG caring hugs from us all here in CT :) my family, Holly ,and i are all doing ok. We hope and pray, that everyone that's been impacted by the storm, is ok, and safe and wishing everyone safety, that's still being affected by the storm, including lots of rain, and flooding in new england, and the northeast. Tropical Storm Henri made official landfall, in Westerly, Rhode Island at 12:15pm today. Westerly is not far from us, that's where we go to Bess Eaton's donuts, to get treats. we were just there, this past may, and visited the seaside there. many special thanks from us all, for all of your loving care, prayers, and warm well wishes for us all <3 Our weather has thankfully calmed down here, after the storm came through here today. it got very gusty with the winds, and we've had lots of heavy rain here. We're all ok, our pets are doing well, and our backyard trees are all ok :) we were very worried about them. There's lots of power outages, all throughout the state, and surrounding states here in New England. We hope and pray, everyone's power is fully restored. We've keeping our WTNH channel, and weather channel on here.

Thank you all so very much, for comforting us, all throughout the day, and in recent days, with your heart-felt prayers <3 it's brought us much comfort :) by 2pm today, we saw some clearing in the winds, and the rain easing. The eye of the storm was around, and it actually got sunny, in some areas of New London, and we had a clearing here, that was neat, and calm :) it rained hard, for many hours here earlier. We've been keeping in touch with family, friends, throughout the day, here on DS, and through text :) chedcking in on friends, and updating friends. We heard about some downed trees in our city, and also around other towns, and cities. We're so thankful, the weather calmed. The storm is looping, and there will be more rain here in our area, tomorrow. Our plants, are gonna need lots of good care, in the days ahead. They got drenched, and are leaning/bending, but thankfully they're ok, and will need some good sunshine, to pep them back up, and get them spirit soaring in the garden again :)

We're all hanging out, and are looking forward to some sunny days, hopefully it'll be a very much ,calm weather week for all of us :) We've got a heat-wave in our forecast, for this upcoming week, beginning around tuesday. we're gonna tend our plants alot, to get them pepped up, and back in good shape :) it's been a big day, with the storm. it's felt like a monday, rather than a sunday, with our local wtnh news crew on, as the day's been going on. We're all doing ok, and are thankful to be ok, and that our home and property is alright. i peeked outside earlier, at our trees, backyard, things look ok. around 2:40pm, Holly and i went outside in our front yard, and we shook some water/rain off the plants, and helped uplift some of our plants that needed it, including some of our popcorn plants. Overall, our plants held up very well.

We're settling into the evening, we're thinking of everyone, and hoping each day forward, brings more and more healing, from the storm. We're keeping strong, and in good spirits :) it'll take a couple days or a few, to get our balance back. We're very surprised, our power remained on here today. i'm very thankful, i've been able to update everyone, here on DS as the day has been going on. we all prepared, for power outages, and just incase, Holly and i were gonna use our portable dvd player, to watch TWD dvds, but with our power on, we're gonna watch the new episode of TWD, which is on AMC channel, the new season, season 11 begins tonight :) We'll definitely keep everyone updated, on how we're all doing, this upcoming week, getting our garden and yard back in good shape, some writing time, plus all of our weekly festivities, daily routines, with sweet treatstuesday, super wednesday mailing envelopes here from home, plus lots more, as the week goes on, leading us into another super fun baking friday adventure :)i look forward to sharing our weekly traditions, adventures, lots of pictures with everyone ,in my daily journals :)

To Wildthing, Peaceful Gentle Moments of the day :) Wildthing, we've been doing ok today, through today's storm. We're thankful for some peaceful moments, we've been able to have. this afternoon, Holly and i uplifted some of our plants in our garden :) We're looking forward to sunshine, and peaceful days ahead, to share in, with our weekly traditions, and festivities :) Thinking of you, our dear friend :)

Tropical Storm Henri's impact, on New England, and the Northeast. hi angel friends, we're so glad, and thankful to be doing ok, and our home, and property is ok. We're keeping everyone in our thoughts, prayers, and in our hearts, that were impacted by the storm,and that are continuing to be impacted, affected by the storm. i took some pictures today, during the storm, from our doors/windows, and also have some pictures from some news/weather sites, to share. the storm made landall in Westerly, RI. We're very familar with the area, as that's where Bess Eaton's donuts shop is. We hope everyone fully heals, from the storm's impacts, and we all are hoping, praying for some much calmer weather.

a peaceful moments share :) during the storm earlier, i saw this hummingbird, it was getting nectar from our feeder. this brave little hummingbird, warmed our hearts :) the hummingbird was so brave, getting a drink, to help it get through the storm. nature, is wild at times, peaceful at times, and moments like this, are so very heart warming at times :)

Hi angel friends, big day with the storm. we still have some gusts here, but the rain has thankfully stopped in our area. We're gonna ease into the new week. Gonna get good rest tonight. We're thinking of everyone, and are with eachother in spirit <3
