Trip Meds

Just talked to an American Airlines agent about my meds.  He said I could use the weekly container I bought and I don't need a list of prescriptions from my doctor.  That's a big relief.  I tried putting all the med and OTC bottles in my carry-on bag, and it left little room for anything else.  The next bigger bag I had was way too big.

My purses use to be roomy. Now no room. My monitor and pills make it look like a medicine cabinet. I haven\'t got rid of my cute little purses, but I don\'t see me being able to use them anymore.

Good for you! they are restrictive in some respects and on others they are more forgiving. i would suggest taht if you are not making many stops in between destinations you may consider putting some of your meds in your carryon and the rest in your suitcase, if you feel comfy with that. if they are considered controlled drugs by all means keep them with you. i have learned to really pare down on my travel gear since these restrictions and learn that if i need something minor i can get it at a drug store nearby and also meds can be prescribed long distance. most helpful. if there is a will there is a way. you will have a lovely time and bon voyage!

Glad you got the news on the meds. You can check that one off your list, lol. Take care, hugs and kisses, Deb :0)
