Trigger- Cals Mentioned
I am starting to feel the negative effects here. My "plan" has been 1000 cals a day. I haven't really considered it starving because I used to eat 300 a day and my metabolism was just shot. So I stopped losing. But now I'm losing weight pretty steadily.
Anyways, I am feeling anxious even getting up to 900 now. I have this stupid need to keep a "safe buffer" in case I nibble on something with calories I didn't account for.
I am going to post a typical meal plan here, not to trigger anybody or brag about how happy I am that this is how I'm eating (believe me, I wish everyday I were "normal"), but rather to be held accountable and maybe help myself see more the reality here. I'm aware something is wrong but I'm still not too sure if it's it's as bad as people are making it seem.
- breakfast: 20 cherries
- lunch: cup broccoli
- dinner: two soy nuggets, hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup peas
- snack: watermelon (it was a weird shape, I have no idea how many calories it was, it was probably the equivalent of 2-3 wedges. So a lot =\)
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- snack: skinny cow ice cream bar
- snack for later: special K bar
I also burned off 650 on the treadmill. This amount of food should not make me this anxious. I am so pissed off at myself for being this dumb and useless. Also my brother has a mini boston creme pie that he is offering me. Boston Creme pie is my favorite dessert in the whole world and I can't even have any.
I'm so exhausted.

yeah hun thats not alot of food, tbh its not that much different to my daily food intake - twice a week I have what I call a \'normal\' meal with my kids, I don\'t like those days, like you the more I eat the more I lose but still can\'t quite get my head around eating more - I would have to have the bit of pie though, especially if it was my favourite x
its not too bad i wouldnt go any less though its lite but not too extreme just keep working on eating consistant small things through out the day and maybe try cereal for breakfast rather than just fruit
Oh gosh BELIEVE me I know how hard it is, but I believe you are making progress. The meal plan is a lot better than some I have heard! You are getting your fruits and veggies in so that\'s good!
What concerns me is the feeling of exhaustion. Maybe add a small glass of milk in there somewhere or a yogurt?
Just thought of something else. I have a homemade\"energy drink\" that is low in calories and gives me a great boost. We make this for our breakfast most monings and it holds me off against hunger and exhaustion for quite a few hours.
In the blender, 1 half grapefruit, A large handful of fresh spinach or frozen broccoli. Half cup frozen blueberries. Half cup frozen strawberries.
You can mess around with other stuff too. I vary the fruits and if you have a good high zpeed blender you can do carrots or celery too. The frozen fruit hides the veggie taste and it tastes like sherbet.
Just be careful how you mix the colors or you can get somethng kind of muddy brown and oogey looking!!! =)
I\'m having mine right now! Cheers!
Do you have anything against eating the protein part of your food intake earlier in the day? If you start out with having your egg for breakfast, you might not feel quite so exhausted during the day. You need the protein for when you expend the most energy, which is as you go through your day. Except for your second rep of exercise. At least after that, you can go to bed.
And then maybe have the soy nuggets for lunch?
Cherries are rather a high sugar fruit. The berries tend to have less sugar. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. I am NOT suggesting that you substitute 20 strawberries for the 20 cherries, but rather substitute the same number of calories, using the lower sugar fruits. I\'d like to see a bit more food going into you, even if it isn\'t more calories.
Could you work some low-fat or fat-free cheese into your diet? You really need more protein than what you\'re getting.
To the best of your ability, aim for health rather than reaching for some sort of magical weight.
Exhaustion is telling you that what you are doing to your body is not right. Please get medical help if you aren\'t already. (((((Hugs)))))
