trichotillomania

hello my name is Amanda smith and i'm 20 years old, i started this because i'm looking for answers, other experience and stories!
iv been dealing with this when i was 10 years old, when i was 10 i used to pull out my eyelashes all the time and i didn't think any of it, till my mom and everyone had asked asked me and made me feel different and i didn't understand why, so i made up and lie and said a girl from school dared me to, that was my lie or "story" for at lest 2 or 3 months then the questions started rolling back around again "why haven't they grown back yet" "are you still listing to other people" and they believed that it just takes forever to grow back! i haven't pulled my eyelashes  10 years but in 10 years i stared to pull out my eyebrows again i didn't think any of it just thought it was normal, luckily i new how to do my makeup so i could draw on my eyebrows it just sucked because i would have to do it everyday, i learn how to keep them of for about a week so that way i didnt have to do them everyday i trained my self to sleep on my back or to keep my one hand on my face so that way they didnt come off in the middle of the night i also traind my self to not get my face wet when im in the shower, im still dealing with this but now iv been pulling in a different spot a bigger spot, a spot where i cant hide it, cant put makeup to hide it, i started to pull my head hair, it wasn't like the other thing that i pulled i didnt understand why, why dose this feel so good, why dose it feel like my fingers are magnets drawend to my head!! i went to my doctor and she told me that it trichotillomania and gave me some advise on how to deal with it but nothing seams to work, it has been a year that i found out what trichotillomania means and i still pull out my head hair.
im looking for answers and other people out there like me, and there stories
