trent shelton know your circle quotes//house was vandalized again!!//house demolished had waterdamag
“Everybody isn't your friend. Just because they hang around you and laugh with you doesn't mean they're for you. Just because they say they got got your back, doesn't mean they won't stab you in it. People pretend well. Jealousy sometimes doesn't live far. So know your circle. At the end of the day real situations expose fake people so pay attention.” Trent Shelton “A relationship means you come together to make each other better. It’s not all about you, and it’s not all about them. Its all about the relationship. Support them in their dreams/vision just as much as you would expect them to support you. Make each other better. Challenge each other to go beyond average. Pull out the greatness from within each other. Make sure they can find their biggest fan in you, and you can find yours in them.” Trent Shelton “If someone requires you to change who you are in order to be with or around them, they’re not for you. If you can’t be yourself around someone, they’re not for you. Someone that has their life together won’t sit around and tell you who you need to be. They’ll tell you to find who you are and continue to improve on that person.” --- Trent Shelton
trent shelton has the best quotes.the house across the road is being demolished. it had extensive water damage inside and outside the house which usually means black mold and the pool was defective. it was a government acquisition though the people who have it now is an llc. the government bought it for $150,000 and then tried to sell it as a flip two different times and couldn't. if it has water damage and mold its not mortgageable. what a shame. its on a 1/2 acre a few blocks from the ocean. the girls i talked to yesterday said they are doing what they did in stockton, california, bulldozing houses instead of paying taxes on them. sick. the houses in stockton were brand new developments. total waste - should have gone to affordable housing, couldn't anyone make a deal for them? the taxes appear to have been paid and the male owner had it for 13 years, so very sad. had he been on a 15 year mortgage instead of a 30, he would have owned it free and clear in two more years if all was right.
our house was vandalized AGAIN by the railings. this happened two years ago as well and according to bl its happened the entire time p owned the house and he believes it was happening before that as well. its one of the reasons both wanted out of this. "others" are blamed every single time. when we first moved here he blamed kevin. bl's daughter was blamed, her friend, neighbors up the road....you name it. two years ago i caught my neighbor in our driveway pulling on the railings trying to loosen them. i said to him, if you have a problem with something, leave me a NOTE (like a normal person would) and sign it so i know its you complaining. bl said he did the same to the people who had a dog before us and said it was barking and then blamed bl for calling and the people didn't know who to blame - so they adopted out the dog and moved. i think when people are retired they have nothing else to do with their time except cause trouble for others, but vandalism is going too far.
another neighbor said he was pulling on the railing for about an HOUR to try to get it loose and another one said they saw him in our yard by the stairs. he actually REMOVED the trellis that was on either side of the front door and took down the tree on the corner. wth? i called and everyone was STUNNED. that is also vandalism. now i need another tree for that side of the house, and two new trellises. i need two "hidden" cameras, one in back and one in front. i need barbed wire to put across the railing with rat poison on it. RIDICULOUS. i've lived in suburban areas my entire life and almost never go through crap like this. when you do go through it, it always ends up being the SAME PEOPLE over and over again doing it. they are called "vandals" or they "hire/recruit" vandals or worse. very creepy. i asked the girl about the dog and others behind and i already told him all the other neighbors say he is lying. i figured its dementia from him, as the song and dance he told about the house across the road was more crap, not one word was true - so why say it? we have two guys at work that do that, but one of them has downs syndrome with cerebral palsy and i always figure that is why he lies so much, but on this last batch of lies, its going in his permanent file with a do not re-hire on it - he should actually be sued for slander and libel. the other guy is old and its lack of education, misogyny and old age (though who knows he may be doing all this his entire life as well. most liars are like that from toddlerhood on just like thieves). always obsequious to your face and then literally turn your back and the crap starts. some worst than others. remember valL. omg! that really IS total trash.
b says he is always like that and she isn't sure if he actually believes what he is saying or just likes making up stories and forgets to say he is kidding and this is a bunch of shit that he is swigging. wth? if i hadn't caught him myself, i'd have blamed the foreign girl for it. if i had asked him he would blame kevin if kevin was here or the boy up the street who's mother owns a votech school. i was super pissed when i saw it. we are in the middle of so many repairs right now and i have so little spare time, i don't need things out of sequence because of a nutcase.
finishing up billy's memoir. he doesn't seem to like daryl very much ... actually doesn't sound like a fan of anyone near the end. went to a book sale and got the last of the earth children books. they are always good. she won an award for her research on life during caveman years. kwl.
also finished The Courage of Sarah Noble by Alice Dalgliesh, which is actually an urban legend about life in connecticut as the towns were first developing in the 1700's. she was the first school teacher in new milford connecticut, but the story is about her as a child. she says when she lived with an indian family that was friends with them at first she couldn't tell the children apart because they all looked the same but once she got to know them, then she could tell them apart. its excellent. it won a newberry.

I love the Earth Children books. Oddly, my favorite was the second one about Ayla (sp?) and the animals. What an interesting set of books. Enjoy.
Great post.
a \"national review\" article years ago compared parts of california to 3rd world countries---cause of vandalism and stripping buildings, and even power poles, of their metal, for scrap.
even in my rural hillbilly area, a decades old metal screening for water draining was stolen for scrap, right outside the door where i lived---probably by one of the members of a group home also in the same building.
had no idea california had areas like that!
