Traverse City Film Festival

    I went to the big film festival last weekend.  My friends Jake, Carol, Lynden, and Sally are working to cheer me up and I love movies.  We went to lots of movies, I especially liked Virgin Mountain about a big, kind of homely guy, who lives with his Mom and is pretty dateless.  We were really rooting for him to do well by the end of the movie. 
      I also liked Wild Tales a series of shorts featuring scary/funny stories.  I know this seems like a contradiction but see it if you can.  Virgin Mountain is from Iceland and Wild Tales from Argentina. 
     A big storm came up on Sunday and blew a tree branch on Carol's house.  Not major damage but upsetting.  We played lots of euchre and I was enfolded in their friendship.  Chris
