Hi diapered night , I have bladder
IC . I have not traveled by plane since 1999. Even then
I packed Tena maxi slips
For every night & couple of
Extras. Plus used cloth terry
Nappies as booster..
Nights were sorted
What is the best nappy to
Wear on the plane

Dr said to avoid straining my bladder or dehydration.

That was how I did without protection on the plane .

Sitting for 7 hrs am i best

To change out of a diaper just after disinbarking. 

To make it worse dr says drink plenty on water for the whole flight.

Any thoughts people
